Yes. Modifications are free up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee. Contact us via the Contact page to make changes.
Absolutely. We specialise in corporate retreats, team incentives, and group travel. Groups of 10 or more receive preferential pricing and dedicated event planning support. See our Events page for more details.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings. While we do everything to ensure a smooth trip, unexpected events can happen. We can connect you with our preferred insurance partners upon request.
Some packages include return flights, particularly our Platinum tier. Others are land-only. Each package listing clearly states whether flights are included. We can also arrange flights as an add-on through our partner airlines.
Most of our resorts cater to families with kids' clubs, shallow pools, and family suites. Some properties are adults-only. You can filter by family-friendly options on our Top Resorts page or ask our team.
